Dispatch Times

Standard Orders (No Personalisation)

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will usually be dispatched on the same day however in the event of high order volumes this may not be the case and orders will be dispatched the following working day. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. 

Personalised Handwritten Orders

Orders containing personalisation will be dispatched within 2-3 days (Monday - Friday). You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Rates

Standard UK Delivery £1.99

Standard delivery is from £1.99 per basket

Orders will be shipped by Royal Mail 2nd Class post. 

Royal Mail aim to deliver 2nd class items within 3 - 5 working days.

Royal Mail First Class - £2.99

1st Class delivery is available form £2.99 per basket

Royal Mail state that 93% of 1st Class post arrives the next working day, but can take up to 3 working days.

During busy periods postage may be delayed.

NB; Total shipping rates are calculated by weight at checkout. 

Click and Collect - FREE

Orders can be collected from any Shakespeare Hospice store (Select your store at checkout). Orders will be available to collect from your chosen location within 3 business days or earlier on notification. During busy periods Click and Collect orders may be delayed.  

NB; Please note for updates on the progress of your order please contact us using the contact form on this site. Our retail shops operate independently will be unable to help you with this.

During the Covid-19 national lockdown click and collect is only available Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from our Avenue Farm furniture store.

Personalised Service (+Gift Shipping) 

If you would like us to post a personalised card direct to your recipient please select the Personalised (+Gift Shipping) option when choosing your card.

Gift Shipping can be applied to personalised products ONLY. Where Gift Shipping has been selected during product selection, you will be asked to enter the recipient message and address details. Please ensure these details are entered accurately before adding your card to the basket.

Buyers must then select their required shipping rate at the checkout.

What if my order contains a mixture of Gift Shipping and Buyers address cards?

When the Gift Shipping option is selected, the details of the gift recipient message and address should be entered before adding the item to your basket. Any items then purchased in the same basket but without gift shipping will be delivered to the buyers shipping address entered during the checkout process.
